DizzyCamel.com operates as a business and we expect clients to understand and respect our policies. Our goal as a content providing and rental property listing services agency is to bring the highest value per Euro spent by our clients, and in order to help us in that pursuit, we need to cover any expenses and fuel our operations. Therefore, we require payments to be made on-time, and before starting the actual work process, in respect to the services offered to our clients.

We understand that sometimes “life happens” and you may need a refund on fees paid for services to DizzyCamel.com. We try to be fair, and create a policy that is a win-win for both parties. We will work with you to make you satisfied with our work and services. However, if a refund is requested and granted, all property created by DizzyCamel.com including graphics, content, and texts, will remain the property of DizzyCamel.com.

By signing up for our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions mentioned here-in.

Payments:

Our payment terms are quite simple.

You pay 50% of the total payment before we start working on the service(s) that you have ordered (phase 1).

The remaining 50% will have to be paid before we proceed to phase 2.

Phase 1 = Writing the listing text for your approval

Phase 2 = Starting everything else such as uploading material, etc.

Please read our terms before ordering any of our services.

If you order any of our services on Fiverr, any terms stated on Fiverr will apply.

Payment is due within 5 business days once the service(s), or content(s), has been ordered.

General Refund Policy Guidelines

– If you are not happy with our services, you can get a full refund within 14 days minus a 20% administration fee.

– All ownership rights to the listing text(s) remains fully ours until day 15 whereupon the text becomes yours to use as you wish.

– Any work already done, such as, but not limited to, image processing, registering a user account, and so forth, will be deducted from the refundable amount before the refund is sent.

– Once we start the process of uploading material, or registering a user account, whichever comes first, no refunds will be granted beyond that point in time.

Add-On and Individual Services:

These type of services such as translations, optimising text, registering user accounts, image processing, are non-refundable.

How Refunds Are Processed:
If you have paid using bank transfer, PayPal or credit card – the money will be transferred back, minus any fees according to our terms, within 30 business days after approval.

Material:

We will not accept any responsibility for images that can’t be used due to poor quality or not meeting one, or several, minimum requirements on a booking platform.

Any images sent to us must meet the minimum requirements intended for upload to the booking platform(s) instended.

All images must be horizontal. Vertical images will be rejected.

The client accepts to answer all questions from DizzyCamel.com in a prompt and timely manner.

DizzyCamel.com will not accept any responsibility for any information, or material, given by the client that is inaccurate in any way, shape, or form.

User Accounts:

The client accepts to promptly assist in the registration process of a user account for any required information, or action, needed to register such account by DizzyCamel.com on the clients behalf.

The client agrees to give DizzyCamel.com full access to any user account on a booking platform needed to carry out the services that the client has ordered.

No refund will be given should the client refuse DizzyCamel.com the access required to a user account on a booking platform t carry out the services ordered.

For payments and services via a third party website such as Fiverr or similar:

All payment terms, conditions, and similar stated on the website that you order our services on, will apply.
